Pakistan Handball Federation is Organizing a 7 (seven) days Online Course for the Coaches to celebrate International Handball Federation Week, 2020.
Online lectures will be delivered by Certified Professionals on various topics throughout the week. One lecture will be delivered daily with Welcome Address on the first day & Closing address on the last day.
Topics of the lectures are:
- History of International Handball Federation by Mr. Muhammad Shafiq
- Warming Up by Mr. Muhammad Shafiq
- Individual Tactical Elements of Defense by Mr. Muhammad Sohaib
- Sports Nutrition by Dn. Rimsha Younus
- Individual Attack Activities by Mr. Muhammad Sohaib
- Elements of Fitness by Mr. Azhar ul Haq
- Sports Injuries & Doping by Dr. Asad Abbas
Lectures will be from 12th July to 18th July, 2020. Everyday at 4pm.
The Course will start from 12th July, 2020 with the Welcome Address of Mr. Muhammad Shafiq followed by a Lecture & a Closing Address by Guest of Honour on the Last day (18th July, 2020) Lecture will be uploaded on all social medial platforms of Pakistan Handball Federation & Symbargo Sports.
