1st National Wheelchair Handball Championship was organized by the Punjab Handball Association in collaboration with Pakistan Handball Federation and University of Agriculture Faisalabad on 2-4 March, 2021 at Faisalabad. 5 teams participated in this championship in which Punjab won the Gold Medal, K.P got Silver Medal, Sindh got Bronze Medal, Balochistan got 4th Place and Gilgit Baltitstan got 5th Place.
Cheif Guest for the opening ceremony was Prof. Dr. Asif Tanveer, Vice Chancellor, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
Cheif Guest for the Closing ceremony was Syed Muhammad Abid Qadri, Vice President, Pakistan Olympic Association.
